Coffee is a food product, which means we will be unable to accept returns on any of our roasted coffee.
Remember that grind size and date of grinding can have a significant impact on the outcome of your brewed cup, so we encourage customers to grind their coffee immediately before brewing whenever possible.
We work to ship the freshest coffee possible which can result in shipping being delayed several days, since we ship orders as we roast them. Thank you for being patient to get the freshest coffee!
